- Orofacial Myofunctional Therapists
- Clinicians and healthcare professionals with experience working with infants (IBCLCs, Osteopaths, Midwives, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and tongue-tie release providers)
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- At least 2 years of experience working with infants
- Registered with their regulatory body and indemnified to practice
The course is delivered in a hybrid format, meaning most sessions take place online, with one in-person training day at the clinic.
Course outline:
1. Introduction Session
- Friday 5th June, 9:00 am
- 20-minute Zoom meeting
- Course overview and introduction
2. Theory & Practical Day in Clinic
- Friday 19th June, 9:00 am
- Full-day in-person session (9:00 am – 6:00 pm, with three breaks)
* 9:00 am – 1:00 pm: Theoretical session and written exam
* 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm: Practical session
3. Supervision Session
- Friday 10th July, 9:00 am
- 2-hour Zoom meeting
- Review of case presentations
- Open Q&A
4. Final Case Presentation & Oral Exam
- Friday 7th August, 9:00 am
- 4–5 hour Zoom meeting
- Each participant will present two clinical cases
- Oral examination following the presentations
